Bedsit
Our bedsits comprise of one room combining the kitchen, living room and bedroom with a separate area for a bathroom and/or shower area. These properties are our cheapest flats available to rent.

Tenement
Our Pre 1919 tenements comprise of a separate/shared kitchen/living room area and bedroom(s) with a separate bathroom. There are usually between 6–9 flats within one building with a controlled door entry system. The rent charge for these properties will vary depending on the bedroom sizes.

Bungalow
Our bungalow houses are properties where all the rooms are on one level. These properties would comprise of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom(s).

Adapted
Our adapted properties have been specially designed for tenants with special medical requirements. These properties have adapted bathrooms and kitchens to allow wheelchair users independence around the property.

Maisonettes
Our maisonette properties have rooms split over 2 floors. Access to the property is on the ground floor level and there are internal stairs to reach the upper level. These properties are spacious and comprise of a living room, bathroom, kitchen with dining space and bedroom(s) dependent on the size of the property. The Association only have a small amount of these types of properties to offer.

Townhouses
Our townhouses are either terraced or semi-detached properties that are split over 3 floors. These spacious properties comprise of 3–4 bedrooms, with a kitchen, living room and bathroom(s). These properties also have their own garden areas at the front and rear of the building, some of which also have their own garage.

Sheltered
Our sheltered properties are for residents over 60 years of age. The properties are one bedroom ground- or first-floor flats with a communal back garden area and controlled entry system. These are self-contained flats with a separate living room, kitchen and bathroom, and are linked to the Warden in Jim Stephen House (very sheltered complex) through an intercom system.
